Each computer or server running Restorer Ultimate must be licensed. Licenses are permanent and never expire. The products are licensed per machine, not per user.

Each Restorer Ultimate license is supplied with a unique Registration Key for the product registration and licensing.

All our products are downloadable only. Downloadable packages include a setup file of the software, electronic documentation and license only. The packages do not include a box or media. The Registration Key goes to your e-mail in a priority sequence within a couple minutes after confirmation of your purchase.

You paid for the software, but you didn't get the registration key.

This could happened for several reasons:

  • You are checking not the e-mail address you typed into the order form, so you don't see the e-mail in your inbox.
  • You may have typed the e-mail address incorrectly in the form.
  • Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has a spam filter set up to block e-mails or e-mails with attachments from Bitmart.net e-mail addresses. The e-mail address from which this is sent is (none)@bitmart.net and the e-mail has a small attached text file with a copy of the registration key. Check to see if your ISP has filters set up to block this particular e-mail address. Additionally, check your inbox for any junk filter folders. Some mail applications have junk filter settings in place and direct suspect mail into a "junk mail" subfolder. For example, Microsoft Outlook has a folder called "Junk E-mail" and a Rule setting might be in place to send mail with addresses of "(none)@..." to your "Junk E-mail" folder.
